Try icing them it will take the swelling down

I have a medical condition called Raynaud's phenomenon, which means no icing anything for me 😢 I currently have them propped up but that's about all I know that I can do @kmarie1303

@2-mommies awww ya that's got to be rough. I don't know much about that or what alternatives you can do besides elevation as you said, but I hope that helps some!!
