My friend did with her daughter and she has developmental delays. She's almost two and can't talk. I don't know if it's related but she also was born premature.

Don't know the actual facts but I would think it could have some type of affect on the baby just like anything else. But cps would get involved and that's a road no one wants to go down. My bestfriend tested positive for weed once when she was pregnant and the doctor called cps and she had a case opened against her. They took her son the next day after she had him( she has him back now) but she had to do so many classes and drug test and therapy sessions just to get him back all off of that one positive test.

I quit smoking it years before I had my daughter but I personally don't believe it's harmful

My nephew has respiratory problems because his mom smoked but there are laws now where they can take child away and most drs test you at your drs appointments

@gee07 fyi, they can still tale your child if it tests + even with a prescription

I think smoking weed is just plain stupid unless the doctor prescribes. People be like but I got a.d.d it helps me relax and I be like but does your doctor prescribe it? Smh

I haven't smoked since I found out but there's nothing to prove that it's bad.
