I googled it and moms say desitin clear would be great for that. Its even listed on the bottle for a use on the face for that exact reason... hope that helps 🙁

Coconut oil would be my go to since it's a natural product and good for babies skin anyways. I hope something helps her soon!

I second the Aquaphor - it's meant for this kind of thing. Hang in there mama! If it doesn't improve, take her in just in case to the pediatrician since she's so young. But the Aquaphor is gentle and really does work well, so I bet you'll see improvement in a day or so. It's in the same section as diaper creams like Desitin @annaerandolph,
