Ugh I woke up to my boobs killing me so i am pumping and both of my girls are asleep still.

Oh yeah cause stress will dry up the milk quick i even noticed that when i was mad at my bf one day. I didn't know oatmeal helps tho and i love oatmeal... now i have a reason to eat it everyday lol

Yeah I try to make sure i drink lots of water and eat some greens and have been eating oat meal and I have bough some things to help make milk from a website and it has help me I think and i since i have been strssed out.@embracemthrhd2

I know what you mean cause for a while i was only getting 1oz from my slacker and 2 from the Good boob. now i can get 2 from the slacker and 3-4oz from the good boob. Im like yay!! 😁

Yeah well it a good thing too because since i havent pumped in a log time i have not seen how much i make so i started thinking am i making enough and i know she was because she has gained weight and pee and pooping but i still had that thought in my head and I did not make it past 3 months last time with my first so i am freaking out but now i know i am good.@embracemthrhd2

Lol her schedule has change a little bit so she would have normally have ate and went back to sleep so I would be empty but she is passed out.@embracemthrhd2

On my days off i dont like to pump so i wake her up and say time to empty mommies boobs 😂😂😂😆
