Serious question : when sleeping (trying to sleep) what is the proper position should a pregnant person be laying - having a discussion with family members and well let's just say everyone doesn't know they say what was most comfortable lol 💁🏽😅🤣🤦🏽♀️

I say it's better to sleep!! I know they say on your side, upside-down, backwards, haha if you sleep then that's the best.
My doctor told me it better to sleep on on my left side. He said it helps with blood flow to baby.
The best way is on you're left side, not bc it's comfortable but because it increases the amount of blood and nutrients to placenta and baby. I also slept with a pillow between my knees, it made it more comfortable for my back in the third trimester and helps with sciatic nerve pain.

Yesterday I went out with my boyfriend went to watch a movie, me and him don't live together yet. but point is yesterday when he was dropping me off his like sleep over at my house witch the mom and dad lives. I said no,
his response was why is everyone deciding or making choices for you and their going to do the same with the baby, when I know that's not true. what he thinks is that my mom tells me not to sleep over. So he left all mad. and I felt in my heart that he went on and cheated on me...
Y’all please please be careful and monitor what these babies are watching on YouTube thank god my baby didn’t understand what the thing was saying he showed me the phone and said “scary mama” I think continued to listen to what the thing was saying and I was livid and horrified it was explaining to my son how to kill the whole family while everyone was asleep
