How do I tell if my severe back pains are just normal or if these are labor back pains???

Of course everyone is different but for me I was crying cause how uncomfortable I was.

What stage are you in pregnancy? Because it all depends. You'll know it's labor because the back pain is constant.

Have you had back pains prior to being pregnant? I have a dislocated spinal disk and that's why I've had back problems before but I think it might be easier to tell the difference if you recognize the pain differently.

No I didn't have any back pains before my pregnancy, not in my lower back like I'm having now
