Any single moms on here? I had my first baby in Feb and I'm having a hard time both physically and mentally. Trying to get adequate sleep has been impossible. I typically only manage 3hrs a night. When I was pregnant so many people told me to sleep when baby sleeps, but it's so hard when that's the only time I have to do other things. Looking to find other single moms who've made it through their baby's first year and can share some tips on how to make it through.

I hear you. Do you have non judgmental family who can help? Is the father willing to come over and watch the baby while you're home so you can rest and get hints done?

My parents are amazing and my mom comes over a few times a week to help. Unfortunately when my ex has come over to help he hasn't been much help. I asked if he could help with night duty and during the night he didn't even wake up. Ever since I became a mom I'm such a light sleeper and can wake up to any noise. Unfortunately I don't think men are built the same way. I only have 2 1/2 weeks left before I go back to work and I just hope I can get into somewhat of a routine soon.
