I get so excited when I see you post stuff like this lol. I'll be cooking and cleaning all day tomorrow, while trying to entertain my toddler and have to make a quick stop to grab some missing cookout items

@jjsmommyjj711, thank u I love doing it. Yes we love to cook out to but for the big holidays I like to cook indoors traditional. We had a feast I didn't make the lemon bars or pecan pie those were brought from fam but I made everything else also homemade hot rolls I forgot to get a pic when finished but will make a post about everything tomorrow

Umm ok now I know where I'm coming for every other holiday lol I always end up cooking inside but my husband really wanted to make carne asada so he did all the meat and the corn while I made rice,Mac and cheese, potatoe salad,steak and cheese empanadas, and we brought a banana cream pie.

My husband's birthday is in May too and I usually get the empanada wrappers ready made frozen but I want to learn to make my own and just fill it whit what ever you want I made apple pie with them too

@jjsmommyjj711, ok my mil make gorditos homemade and I make tortillas homemade but we have never tried empanadas I know my tortilla press says u can but never tried let me know if u do. Where do u buy the pre made
