Ok I think at this point I'm gonna call my doctor still having bad back pain ugh I was hoping I would lighten up but it hasn't yet at least the nauseous feeling went away but this back pain is getting to me

Woken up to the worse back pains ever I had to get on all fours for it do it but it keeps coming back😩😣and it hurts to walk😩
Having some pretty intense constant lower back pain and maybe super light contractions. But can't tell because the back pain is way over powering contractions so I'm walking around my room to see if they get worse.
Anyone have preterm labor? I got this unbearable pain in my back, worse that normal and I have had horrible back pain this whole pregnancy...then I started getting cramps super low in my abdomen...they felt constant but I was in so much pain they I didn't time them or anything. I am in pain . BH, back pain, pelvis pain, increase lightning & Heartburn... I havent had heartburn this pregnancy and its so painful... I'm so miserable 😢😢😢
I use a yoga ball and it does wonders for my back
