My son is eating every hour, I can't catch a break! During the day & through the night, every hour he will start crying & he'll be looking for a nipple. I'm breastfeeding so I'm thinking maybe my supply isn't enough??

I'm havin some contractions that are about 20 minutes apart and lasting 3 minutes. It's been pretty consistent for almost 2 hours. Is this the beginning of labor? My doctor said if I had 6 in an hour to go to L&D but I only had 4 in an hour. I'm 32 weeks with twins.
