Went to my doctor today to see why I've been in pain. My doctor recommended getting my IUD taken out, because if I did it will help my pain and make my periods not as heavy. Well she tried taking it out, and she couldn't find my strings at all. So I have to go back and she's going to try again but numb me first. And if she still can't find them, then I need to have surgery.

I hear so many bad stories about all these different birth controls that's why I just stick with the pill and set an alarm on my phone to remind me.

Unfortunately so many people have been having so much trouble with those. I pray no surgery and she finds that string. I'm sorry 😞

@heathermclean, I've tried a few different kinds of birth control and the hormone ones don't work for me at all. So I tried this IUD that has no hormones at all. I've had it for about 4 months and I just started having pains and I haven't been able to find my strings. I'm just worried what if it screws up my chances to have any more babies😓

Ahhh. Why did I have to read this post!? Lol. I have had the IUD since February. And haven't had any issues with it.. I hope I dont . I hope they find the string! @kcamps

@padgettnicole97, just make sure you check for your strings! If you can't find them, call your doctor asap

She told me not because you cab accidentally pull them and shift the IUD. Plus I can't do that.. I can't shove my finger up there.. I just can't bring myself to do it.. Lol @kcamps
