Does eating spicy foods put you in early labor ?

No I tried lol but I did get some heartburn..

The theory is: it's suppose to upset your intestines making it irritable and get things moving along internally.

Okay. Just take it easy, no lifting more than 15lb, no sex, no prolong standing or walking. That's some of my restrictions.

Unlike me I worked full time as a nurse. With twins. Sometimes, I wish I don't work
