My 9 month old has refused to sleep through the night, stays crying in her sleep, and it's getting frustrating! Especially since I'm a full time paralegal and my boyfriend currently cares for her BUTTTT I'm the one still stuck waking up!!! Any suggestions? Excuse her bad hair day lol!!!

Lol @breadhousedesigns, no, thank you that helps you'd think I'd get use to this as she's my 3rd baby and not my first rodeo but as of now she's getting better

Sorry if that was tmi. My son was horrible sleeper and I was the one waking up all night. Feel you completely.

Also between 8-10 months, some babies experience sleep regression, which can last 2-6 weeks before they resume their normal sleep pattern again.

If this is just a recent occurrence: 9 months is commonly when they have growth spurts. If she's going to bed full and wanting more milk at night, that might be it. It'll last 1-2 weeks. Hopefully. 😅

Give water instead of formula in the night

Honestly she goes to bed full, wakes up for almost 3 bottles but she tosses and turns and is just fussy even after giving her teething medicine

Why is she waking?

To eat or just be held?
