Anyone know what this is? It's all over his chest, a little under his chin and his right arm.
This pic was taken a couple days ago, it doesn't look as bad now. It's not under his chin anymore but it went on his arm.

@ilovemy2daughters I washed all his clothes before he wore any and I have used any shampoos or lotions yet. His umbilical cord just fell off today. Just been using water and a washcloth

I'd take him in to the doctor just to get it checked out. He is a newborn so it's better to get small things like this looked at since he can't tell you if it's bugging him or not.
Oh maybe it is a heat rash then, just it longest it doesn't spread cuz then it is the nail skin virus thing I was telling you about
Was he sweating that night? Cuz my son swears too and he hasn't had a heat rash
@aliceliayers his temp is normal. I was thinking it was a heat rash maybe bc I normally just have him in a onesie at night and just swaddle his legs bc he likes having his hands free. But I just swaddled his whole body one night and that's when it came up. @jess013220
My son had that when he was smaller too and they told me it's some foot and nail virus thing that it will go away on its own, if you see him crying about it or scratching it give him Tylenol it should go away on its own, trust me you don't want to take him to the doctors or to the emergency room they will run test on him and put a tube up his penis it's a horrible feeling and to watch. But it should go away by its self

@jess013220 he touches it lioe just lays his hanfd on it but doesn't scratch. But he sleeps with his hands up on his chest so idk if he's touching it bc it's irritating or if that's just the way he puts his hands.
My wee cherub has a rash starting under his chin because he's constantly dribbling what can I use to sooth it as it's very red xx

Rocky is six weeks and his belly button used to be an innie and now it's like this it feels like a lump is under it.
My son has this as well started off in the arms was there for about 3 days than went to his legs than went away. I forgot the name to it but it's nothing serious the doc said a lot of newborns get it. My mom & mil told me to shower him with lettuce. You boil it than add the water to the tube
