Need advice on potty training my daughter is 2 and I want to start her on the potty but she seems to not really acknowledge it

I used to take my daughter in with me so she would start doing it at the same time in the potty, same with my boys, they went with daddy to copy and it worked... I would just pretend sometimes

Questions for older kids: when did ya'll start potty training? Is before 18 months to soon or no? How long did it take to get them potty trained?
I do take her in the bathroom with me to see if she picks up on it I don't know she doesn't seem to interested in it I have even had her sit on the potty as well
