So Siah's dad called me saying he's gonna try to get his old job back (we both worked for Chrysler which is how we met but he got fired 🙄) he says he wants his family back and he realizes that he was wrong. I believe he's trying to get better because I do see him slowly maturing but he still has a lot of work to do before I even consider getting back with him. He's done some pretty messed up things over these past 8 months. He's taken his family's side over me, he's put his family's needs before me and our son's and he's taken up for his mother who said nasty things to me and plastered my personal business online....I will always love him because he's the man I had a baby by but over these past few months he's shown me another side of him that I don't like.....

Definitely give this some time, you might see the changes that needed to happen but it could also be a front.

@cece_d, That's what I'm doing....I'm not rushing into anything because some of the things he's said to me especially on our son's birthday were downright horrible! He has a long way to go and a lot of proving himself to do before I consider anything

@cece_d, Exactly and it's not easy because I do love him but nobody could make me turn on him, not even my family and they have tried. They wanted me to label him a deadbeat and put him on child support ASAP. But I decided I didn't want anything from him but to be a father to our son. He turned on me for his family in a blink of an eye....that makes me not trust him no matter how much I love him

Damn, that's fucked up that he showed his true colors like that. Only time can tell what his real intentions are and although you want him in your sons life, you can never force him to want to be in it. Just take things slow, focus on you and your son, and what your next moves are ❤️
