This acid reflux today is beyond awful today. It's not even just heart burn.. . But was burping up acidity burps all day that burn your throat, & now is mixing in with the burning off the chest. Literally has me down for the count riggt now, can't even relax after a long day bc it's so uncomfortable. Tried a tums smoothie when I got home & just took a zantac. I'm feel as if I'm going to either throw up bc it burns so bad, or bc I'm so hungry but scared to eat & make it worse. 😣😫
