I need opinions. So yes, let's keep in mind my boyfriend's family watches our daughter without pay. We offered and they just won't accept.
With that in mind do I have a right to be upset. I go to pick up Aubrie after work today and find out that his sister's three-year-old daughter bit a hole in her paci so " I should think about buying a new one". Do I have any right to ask her to buy it? I think it's a little ridiculous when her three-year-old never even used one and she just takes hers and plays with it all the time and her mom just lets her.

Yes I agree. You should also let them know to keep an eye on the 3 year old and make sure she doesn't take your daughters binky again.

I think kids do things all the time and it would be kind of ridiculous to ask someone to buy you a new pacifier. It's not an expensive item and it's a 3 year old were talking about.
