What kind of music do y'all let your older kids listen to? My daughter is 11 and is into music. I let her listen to country, kids bop, and some pop. I don't like her to listen to a lot of cuss words and stuff.

@tess.lear05, hey tess you're not alone I'm in the same boat as you I just don't feel comfortable letting my children listen to cuss words and negative influences, I think it's amazing your daughter has such a wonderful mother who cares what she hears and what's around her ❤️ don't worry i agree completely ☺️
My kids listen to a variety of different music. My oldest is 9 and I'm sure he listens to things with curse words when I'm not around but mostly with me it's gospel music @tess.lear05
It's not that she will repeat. I just don't think she should listen to it on her own. I'm just wondering if I was the only one. I also only listen to non cuss word music in front of my kids.
I try to influence him on positive and gospel and some dance music for kids all the clean stuff so as he grows he's used to it and likes it
