Please go to your profile and tap the top add moms icon. It looks like a head. Then you'll see to invite mom friends! And if you tap your followers list, an invite option pops up. Thanks for asking

I believe they have a Facebook page you can share that and there is a link on their Facebook page or usually there is a share option in the App Store
