@unimummy, @lauren1996, @kiababy_xxxx, thanks girls feel absolutely awful I've not slept all night! Been contracting every 5 minutes crying in pain but midwives want me to wait till I have about 4 every 10 minutes 😵 don't know best way to deal with them everyone says just breathe but it's not fucking good enough feel like I'm dying 😂 xxx

@shannonn95 have you taken some paracetamol and codeine that's the first form of pain relief the hospital with offer you unless you want stronger of course also the ball might help if your not in agony yet xxx

@chesscalouise2 they wouldn't give me anything because I'd taken 2 codeine at 10:30pm so I just took 2 more at 2am which were my last and I've tried my ball it makes me even worse the only thing that eases it is baths and showers I've had about 3 since 4am Xxx

@chesscalouise2 yeah he's trying his best he don't really know what to do though one minute I'm crying saying help me the next I'm telling him to fuck off 😂 good job he's being patient xxx
