So my 3week old has only been pooping once a day usually at night for about 5 days now. It's a massive poop too.
today she still hasn't gone but has a ton of gas, super fussy, and barley eating. anyone else go through this?
She is breastfed. I read it's normal for newborns to go a couple days with out pooping... But the barley eating part is worrying me. waiting on a call back from her PED

Mine did the same thing and her pediatrician suggested 2 ounces warm water with 1 tablespoon brown sugar. Worked like a charm. Mine was also extremely gassy for about 6 months, even with gas drops. They told me that she would eventually grow out of it, and she did.

Stick a thermometer up her booty wth some Vaseline on there and leave it like 30 seconds. I think my baby was doing the same thing. Constipated and wasn't eating

My 9 week old is barely eating and having a lot of trouble napping. This is my second so I feel like an old pro. It's probably gas, or a growth spurt or something of the like. Good to check with the doctor though.
