My daughter likes to sit on her potty but doesn't want to use it. Any advice?

I've tried everything she either goes right before I put her on it or she holds it until I put another pull-up on her and it drives me nuts. She's so smart she watches me go potty so she knows how to she just refuses

My daughter dose the same thing I thought I was the only one going through this lol I try giving her toys and candy just to see if she concentrates and use the potty but nothing works 😩
