Hello, B here. My son G is five and is autistic . He recently switched school buses and I was uneasy with the aid and the bus driver. He was coming home with random little marks on his ears. I thought it was happening at school. The aid grabs his shoulders very roughly and pushes him to his seat and practically yanks his back pack off of him. Any other bus would let him walk himself until he needed assistance. They also kept changing pick up and drop off times without notice and get very snippy when I was on time instead of their preferred time I was not aware of. Was I too rash in calling transport? I told the driver I felt unsafe and after unanswered text I told him not to pick him up. Would this have been too rash of a decision?

Мама двоих (младенец)
I don't think so. You completely have the right to call them and say that if you are uncomfortable
