Okay ladies. I want to get serious about my health. Do you ladies have any tips for a beginner? Like food tips, exercises and whatever else you ladies can give me advice for. ?
20 minutes of exercise every day! Could just be walking outside or treadmill... I find that if I say "I'm going to be so good now and exercise every day for an hour..." NEVER sticks! When you commit to 20 min it's manageable and easier to convince yourself when you're not in the mood lol after all, it's only 1 episode of Friends haha
What she said gradually but foods out otherwise youll just end up craving them and binging. also try Pinterest for healthy recipes and work outs. You can pick which ones youike and work for you
