I need some tips on the following situation: Okay, so every time I get hungry I'm all for it (Be like yummy yummy 😋) But, afterwards I'm like 😕 😷 it feels like upset stomach. Already tried have something sweet, bread, sometimes ice cream, even water. Is this a sign of what? Anyone have tips for this symptom, I need some answers please! 😫 Thanks.
