Haven't been to my first appointment yet and for the past few months I've been having pelvic pain only on one side but it's not that extreme and there's no bleeding should I be worried ?!?

You can try to see your Dr sooner or if your really worried the emergency room. I found out I was pregnant from a home test but confirmed when I had to do to the hospital from dehydration. Everyone is different
