Sorry to hear about your little one sometimes if you take a q tip with vasoline and try and press down on her rectum it helps it pass sometimes it just need help coming out because it's to much for them to pass

Is your baby lactose intolerant? Did you have antibiotics in an iv during labor? Is she still eating the same?

Have you ever used essential oils? dōTERRA sells an essential oil called digest-zen. It's what sold me on essential oils. My baby girl was SO CONSTIAPATED when she was about a month old because I'd had a uterine infection and had a bunch of antibiotics and it screwed up both of our guts. Long story short she hadn't pooped in 3 days and was crying all the time! I put some diluted on her belly button and no joke she stopped crying instantly. I put it on her belly button after nursing each time and by morning she had UNLOADED. It was SO MUCH POOP hahaha

My baby girl is EBF and doesn't usually poop everyday. She can go up to 3 days between poops. I read that it's completely normal for them to not poop for a whole week. I know one of her worst growth spurts was right around 2 months. She was inconsolable at times and it was just awful and I had no idea what was going on. I know my niece was constipated at a young age and the doctor told her to give her a small amount of gerber apple and prune juice, but that doesn't help much with her not taking a bottle. Another thing that I've notice is that my little one doesn't like to be fed with a bottle by me. So maybe someone else could try? I'm sorry to hear your little one is hurting. There's nothing worse 😔
