My son is 2 months old. How can i get him to sleep in his bassinet. He can be deep Asleep n wake as soon as i lay him in it and he fusses. Only way he will sleep is With me
Put him in it when he's awake. Babies don't like when they fall asleep one place and wake up in another.
@nurikm lol oh yeah hes definitely well fed before bed. And dressed. And he rolls on his side a lot and sleeps. I have the bassinet right beside my bed but he just wont sleep in it. Ive tried everything
The swaddling should help also keep in mind if you don't already know it takes babies quiet a while to get into a deep sleep, longer than adults. My son would NOT sleep anywhere but near me. And he hates sleeping in his tummy so we tried him on his side which helped a little. Make sure he's dressed appropriately for bed as well and sufficiently fed. Hang in there mama!
@dana__mariee i had originally done it cause i breastfed him for the first 4 weeks. It was easier. But my milk dried up but he's so attached to me now
I'm going through the same thing right now but with a one month old.😩
Yesterday I went out with my boyfriend went to watch a movie, me and him don't live together yet. but point is yesterday when he was dropping me off his like sleep over at my house witch the mom and dad lives. I said no,
his response was why is everyone deciding or making choices for you and their going to do the same with the baby, when I know that's not true. what he thinks is that my mom tells me not to sleep over. So he left all mad. and I felt in my heart that he went on and cheated on me...
When can I start giving my son regular milk? He turns 10 months in 2 days. I bought unsweetened almond milk yesterday so he can try. Would that be okay? I’m lowkey tired of him on formula but I mean he’s still a baby lol.
I don’t know what to do... my son is 9 months and he is lazy but aggressive... he wants to move around and he can turn around but he refuses to crawl and uses me to pull up to stand up... he doesn’t want to be bothered but wants the help ... he’s so peculiar...he can put himself to sleep but if I’m not in the room he’ll throw a fit until I pat him to sleep.. depending on how he feels... I’m loosing my mind because I don’t know how to deal with him
My son keeps rolling over and sleeping on his stomach when he sleeps, should I turn him on his back or let him sleep how he wants?
Anybody baby won't sleep in their bassinet? Is their a way we can make it More comfortable? I was thinking taking a fuzzy blanket and tucking it under the lil mat that's in there because every time I set him down he wakes up right away.. But if I put him in bouncer he will stay asleep or in our bed he stays asleep but I really wanna stop the bed and start bassinet. Any recommendations?
My son was always a light sleeper. Have you ever considered Cosleeping? There's a book I really recommend called nighttime parenting. I'm sure you can find it on amazon
