Tell him she didn't work at home which meant his messy ars wasn't home but for a few hours each day. THATS why her house was able to stay clean. He didn't LIVE there.

@dhamiphoenix, try telling that to him 😂 he is one of the guys that says my mom was able to keep her house clean with 2 kids while working full time! Every time he says that I just say "well good for her, but I'm not your momma!"

My first husband was that was. He was such a tool...I don't let myself feel guilty for not reaching someone expectations anymore. You do what you can while staying sane. That's what matters. As long as there isn't mold growing in your home you should be good ;)

The gaming that happens as soon as e gets home and into the early morning hours is what aggravates me. He get tired, the house hold is on my shoulders and the kids see him ignoring me so they do it too.

Lol oh yes I've heard that too. I talk to my husband about time management. I get that he needs to decompress when he gets home. He will go take a bath and play a game while in there. No one, including me, is allowed to bother dad during that time. After that (about an hour) he comes out feeling better after a stressful day and really puts effort into family time and house chores.

I have a gamer and i stood in front of the tv. I'll even make jokes when he says he has to finish this game to get so much money

"Oh really how much? Are you going to take me on that cruise with this money you are working so hard to get? It'd be nice to have some one on one time with you living it up on your gamer points 😉😉😉😂"

He eventually realized how ridiculous gaming and ignoring his family was and he pays more attention to us.
