I'm sure it can be hectic. Lol . I have one child most days(step kids come 2 weeks out of the month) and my husband and I work together to prepare for the upcoming day which is still a lot to do. Sometimes it happens out of order but we usually unpack diaper bag and add more essentials to it, prepare dinner or heat up dinner if needed , wash dishes, baths, pack lunch bags or do other things, Pick up toys and then off to bed. I stay up later to do homework some days. I sometimes read to my son but I haven't been consistent. Working on that though. I hope this helps.
