@alexmxo, Oh sure, going vegan: you can think of it as a journey, learn about new foods and just switch out everything that had meat or cheese for nothing or another alternative... Daiya "cheese". It is fun, I think it's creative cooking. I changed everything after I read the book called "skinny bitch" in 2008 😂🙌 I dropped tons of weight really easily and I ate really healthy and enjoyed the process..... skinnybitch.net. Ironically I never bought the book "skinnybitch"-I got it at the library. 🌱 and if you're introducing it to a significant other or a family, make the transition nonchalant and easy-going. Have fun.
