My SO has to work 12 hours tomorrow which means he'll be leaving the house at 1 am and I'm terrified. I called to see if my brother would stay the night with me and he didn't want to do now I'm in tears knowing I'll be home alone basically half the night. I know I'm in a safe subdivision and stuff but my SO keeps aggravating me and calling me a coward and chicken because I'm scared to be home alone. Please tell me I'm not the only one. 😔

@beebaby, I honestly don't even know I'm concerned about. I know that I'm safe and my mom only lives like 5 mins away but my anxiety goes through the roof and then I can't sleep and I just wanna huddle up and cry

I am the exact same way. It's paralyzingly awful. I haven't found a way to cope yet, but I hope you do.

I have a hard time sleeping alone. I usually take Tylenol pm and try to fight my sleep.. 😪
