*** FTM need some advice please ***

So my LG has had a rustling on her chest for around 2-3months (she's only 4 months old) everyone was telling me it's not right, so I took her the doctors and they said her chest was clear and I was basically over reacting, given nothing. She got no better so I went back where we were told again her chest was clear but they gave us saline drops and a nasal sucker thing (it's gross!) that did nothing so took her back and got told she had bronchitis! And was given a week of antibiotics throughout the week she got no better so ended up at the emergency doctors who just said yeah she's got bronchitis keep with the antibiotics and we were sent home. Her antibiotics finished on the Friday and she was no better so took her back. Non of the doctors were available so we had to see a nurse who said she could hear something on her chest but wanted a second opinion. We were waiting ages for a doctor come available, so she was going give her this inhaler to take to help her breathing, when a doctor came available, the doctor said the noise she can hear on my LG's chest was noise coming from her throats and said try an inhaler if no change come back. (This is a different inhaler than what the nurse was going to give because that was to strong for how old my little one is) I gave this a week and it did nothing so I went back the doctor I saw before was on holiday so had to see another which said there is nothing else they can do now as her chest is clear 😳 I have got her another appointment this afternoon with the doctor we saw in the beginning. Do you think I'm over reacting keep taking her back? I don't want it go back into bronchitis.

** picture coz she's just beautiful **

Awwww bless her! Sounds like you've both been having a right time with it! If it was me and she was still like it I'd be doing the exact same thing as you until I knew my baby was 100% back to full health. So don't ever feel like your over reacting when you know your baby's ill hun, your her mum you know her better than anyone! Mummy instincts there for a reason.

Could it be asthma? Zac started a few months back breathing funny at times I panicked and took him down for an emergency appointment. But while the doctor was checking him he weren't doing it so the doctor couldn't say or do anything. We got sent home and just told to watch him. I asked if it could be asthma, as I had it when I was a kid, and he said that in babies it's hard for them to tell, not unless they can see/hear for them selves. Turned out the lil sod was doin it himself, thankfully, it was just a noise he liked doin at the time 🙈 lol xx
