@hthomas0308 ohh, the ones I've been drinking are low sugar juices anyway, I look at the ingredients on everything cause of my condition, I drink more water than anything though

I was drinking 100% juices as well, but if you look at the ingredients it still has a whole lot of sugars in it. I was told no more juice cause i gained 15 pounds in 6 weeks and they attribute it to the high juice intake

@hthomas0308 why is that?, I only drink 100% juices in moderation to all the water and milk I drink

Careful with the juice! I made that mistake now doc says no more juice at all, i can only drink milk and water lol it sucks
