Do any of you ladies breastfeed and smoke cigarettes? How do you do it? How many hours do you usaully wait before feeding or pumping for your baby?

It's more beneficial to breastfeed even if you do smoke. Just wait at least 2 hours in between feeds and do not smoke before a feed, if you can't stop smoking.

I guess women who have a drink of wine or alcohol should definitely formula feed and Not breastfeed

Mine hasnt decreased. Some women told me that i should Just formula feed and not breastfeed. I dont smoke like that i do every so often maybe 1 Cigg a day!
