I really hate dreaming I wake up sooo tired ! And all my dream got taken out in my energy ! When I don't dream I wake refreshed especially because both kids sleep threw the night but when I dream I wake up like I was up alll night !

Right!! The more vivid the dream the less I rested 😫 drives me crazy when I barely get sleep
