Everyone talks about how housing is SOOOO cheap in TN but like...its $1100 a month to rent out a 2bd trailer. 😂😂😂 A decent house that's 2bd is at least $1500 a month. And everyone wonders why we're looking to buy instead of rent 🤔🤔🤔

Exactly!!! 🙄 but the houses are also over inflated because of the influx of people moving here... we are paying $1200 a month for a 3 bedroom in Nashville...we've talked to a couple realtors, they have all told us the market can't sustain this growth, and the bubble is eventually going to pop leaving many people upside down in their mortgages! So we are going to hold out at least another 18 months before we decide to buy! Nice to see another mommy in Nashville!😁

I pay $450 mortgage for a 5 bedroom/2 bath house......in Tn.

@kandidenise1989 mortgage is different than rent though. That's why we're looking to buy. It's so much cheaper in the long run 😩😩

California is 1500 for a moderatly decent 2 bed and an okay 3 bedroom is like 1700
