Do it every other week. Doing it straight will just make your body start storing fat. And it says don't do it weekly. Just keep eating healthy those 4 days and the following week

I did this one to. I didn't substitute and it works. And coffee was black to sugar or cream. It can be kinda gross. I added salt and pepper to the tuna. But it works.
That's the one I did. It's not too hard to follow at all. Except that nasty as f-- cottage cheese you have to eat alone 😂 no thank you. You can easily replace it with a Greek yogurt and get the exact same results though.
Keep your exercise light though, or you'll get really hungry. And time it so you exercise right before you eat. It'll make the days so much easier. About 30 minutes a day should be fine. You can do it!

Its 3 the four days you have off you still have to keep it under 1500 calories
I did the three day one once. I actually kind of liked it. I haven't tried any longer ones yet, so you'll have to share results!
