Curious to how some your maternity leaves work. List your work place and maternity benefits!

Starbucks: 6 weeks paid (disability leave) at 66.6% pay. Was denied the additional six weeks through fmla as I will only have been with the company 11 months. Literally 2 weeks later would be my one year term but they won't budge 🙄

So most of us already are in the last weeks of our pregnancies and I will like to know at how many weeks is your doctor taking you out of work and how is the process of it

Sorry ladies if this has already been asked but when are you guys going on maternity leave? I was thinking about working all the way up until my due date but with my work schedule, I may take it earlier
