I'm in pos right now.. 4cm dilated..moderate pain..but it will increase soon.

No the doctor did a sweep..boy nothing could have prepared me for that pain...after the sweep and inserting a tablet I started getting discharge then started dilating

Girl..it was a nightmare...after having contractions for so long..I couldn't push her out. Had to get an episiotomy...baby girl was born limp

It will heal hun. squat over warm water with vinegar n salt in it. That will work fast. I got that with my first child.
