You have to also know that in the first 6 weeks your supply is regulating. It is adjusting to meet the needs of your baby. Many women start out with a lot of extra milk until their supply regulates.

You can add some lactation treats and super foods into your diet. If you check my posts, there's a site that i order from. My code gives 10% off.

Before or after feeding?

Some people say not to pump until after 6w of age. I pumped right out of the hospital. But it may take your supply a little while to make enough to store. Supply and demand. Pump after you nurse and your supply should increase in no time!

I was getting over 7 oz in a single pump last week. And now I'm lucky to get one... I was just able to pump 3..

You're only 2w pp. If you are nursing the baby at the breast, you can't expect to have a large amount of pumped milk. Also, not every woman responds well to a breast pump.

You can look up power pumping and try that, but I don't recommended going crazy with pumping this early unless you have to go back to work soon.

I drink water like it's going out of style... I'm thinking about trying some sort of pill or something to help increase. I mean my LO is getting plenty off me when he eats, but I really would like to start a supply for when I need to go places and he can not go with me or for while we are out and I am unable to bf
