So, does anyone actually sleep on their left side? They say its good for you and the baby but when I try to my little guy feels like he is tightening up inside & it makes it hard for me to breathe a little so I have to turn on my back or right side which I am comfortable with both.

I sleep mostly on my right shes always on my keft and plus i feel like i can hardly breath on that side
Yeah I hear for most women if they sleep on their back they can't really breathe but with me I am fine on my back and right side.
Yesterday I went out with my boyfriend went to watch a movie, me and him don't live together yet. but point is yesterday when he was dropping me off his like sleep over at my house witch the mom and dad lives. I said no,

Short Luteal Phase?
I've just started temping because I believe that the reason I haven't had a BFP yet, after 20 months, is because I believe I may have a Luteal Phase Defect.
I switch off. But I do also sleep on my back sometimes or like partially on my
Back/side
