You just gotta do it fast like a band aid. It stings a bit cause it pulls hairs, too, but it's not intolerable. I was scared the first time I did it, too 😂

It also works if you just wash it, too. Not quite the same way, but you get most of the benefits your skin can absorb from the mask at least

Lol you'll be okay!!! It's fun taking it off! Just make sure you wait til it's completely dry.
