Any moms out there struggling with PPD? Or have had experience dealing with it? I need some sort of relief or ideas to feel better again.

What's making you feel sad?

You just had a baby - it is an adjustment, you are allowed to be tired, sometimes unsure, anxious or sad if things don't turn out the way you envision! But don't forget: you just had a baby - you are a great mom because you love your child, you are trying your best and you are not giving up!

Always have a look if it is a realistic goal and expectation that you are setting for yourself!

I keep being down Bc I can't work on my body but after thinking about it I realized that after 2months of giving birth and a risk pregnancy with bed resting- it is ok to start slowly and don't have size 2 😝 but I need to remind myself every time I feel down about it!

That's a great idea actually. I might try that. I've been feeling pretty down and I feel like it's not fair to my daughter, but I do have my up moments too. @mi.mommy

It helps to talk with someone and to tell yourself, one thing a day!

I write everything down and from there I try to do one thing at a time.

How have you been feeling?
