Only time i had pain like that was from constant cysts popping up on my overies and then developing endometerosis because of more estrogen from birth control when i was taking it to control the cysts. My babys been the only thing to actually help me and get rid of the pain.

My ovulation pain actually went away after I had my son then came back after I had my tubal pregnancy

Agree with ovulation. Usually one side. Mine always killed me.
