She hasn't ever admit to it. She's hinted at it but never straight forward. It went back and forth with her dad supposedly playing a part in her death. Her alibi was that she drowned in the pool. Yet her trunk in her car smelled like that of a dead body. They found the little girl decomposed in the woods. It was all circumstantial evidence, nothing was hard evidence. The prosecution dropped the ball though too.

Yes !!! Old case , it was a huge one in Florida , she obviously killed her daughter and yet still found not guilty after all the evidence was there

Yeah. She served a year or two while the trial was going on then walked free after not guilty verdict.

She had obviously killed her 5 y.o daughter and was found not guilty. It was a long drawn out case.
