Dont know if i am pregnant or my pcos and or if brestfeeding has stopped my period I had one postpartum period and now nothing.

Yes I know that with my last I didn't have any until I stop feeding her but this one I had one so I thought I might have another one@asunaking15
@lillynellasmom then it's possible to not have a period because most people not all when exclusively breastfeeding with no supplement of anything else won't have one

So I keep feeling these lil sharp pains on my right side. You do get pains like that before you start your period right.? Remember I had that dark brown spotting for a few hours last month on the 22. My period suppose to start today.
I gotta question could I be pregnant and have 2 1/2 day period because I think i got pregnant on Nov 26 and had implantation bleeding on Dec 11 because I'm usually on my period for at least 4 days but mostly 5 or 6 which my full period was Nov 11 for 5 days ?? but in dec only 2 1/2 days it's kinda confusing really im excited about my Dr visit feb19 to know for sure :)

Something is wrong ! I mean 144 days!
So I thought I was starting my period. I woke up this morning with tiny cramps nothing major. I then had to use the bathroom and I was spotting. It has since went away and I hope it stay away. My last period was Dec. 28 and I should've came on Jan. 25th but nothing.
