My breasts hurt so bad! This is my first pregnancy and I'm about 6 and a half weeks. Any tips on how to cope with this?

I wore sport bras or but in just a size up where it wasn't tight or i would put warm rags on them... @amanda.rose
Good luck sweetie! Just be careful (for me) around 15 weeks my boobs started making colostrum and now when I squeeze them it comes out.
I use to find that squeezing my boobs brought alot of relief.
My sweet baby girl gained her angel wings this morning. She was my best friend, my true love my everything. She was so happy and beautiful, I'm struggling to say good bye. Sleep tight princess, mummy and daddy love you very very much ❤️
