So my daughter had burn her finger on my straighter a couple days ago. This is what it looks like now. She keeps chewing on it and I just noticed today how bad it was. It looks infected and deep. What do I do ?? I want it to heal asap

I would put Neosporin on it and just put a Band-Aid on it so it prevents her from chewing on it. I've burnt myself so many times with curling irons and straighteners. Last time I dropped a curling wand on my boob. I just put Neosporin and kept a water proof Band-Aid on my boob.
Neosporin and a band aid then let it breathe for an hour or so. Then band aid and Neosporin again :)

Transgender children
So I just learned that in my kids school district (my kids aren't in school yet my oldest will be starting kindergarten next September) there are twin boys who identify as girls. They are 5 years old. What's your opinions on this matter given they are 5!!! I don't believe that at that age they really understand the whole thing. You could, instead of every hour taking the band aid off, leave the band aid on with neosporin until she goes to bed and let it breath all night. Then neosporin and band aid again the next day, that's what my parents always did for me and still to this day they always tell me to do this.
